Trio Take Spencers to the Next Level

Three of Spencers’ Managers have had their efforts recognised with promotion to Associate Director.

The first to be appointed as Associate Director was Alec Fry who started with Spencers five years ago as Manager of the Brockenhurst office. As part of his new role, Alec was tasked with also taking on the running of the Burley office.

Alec comments: “It has been hugely satisfying not only maintaining and exceeding previous levels in Brockenhurst, but taking the Burley office to the next level. It is very satisfying from my perspective to be operating two very successful offices.

“Both Burley and Brockenhurst are on target for record years. The offices are still individual entities, but for my role they are very much interlinked and they both have to perform.”

Andrew Grice of the Lymington Office joined Spencers more recently in 2018, also in the role of Manager.

Rob Batten, Director and Co-founder, says: “Andrew has made a real impact in Lymington. He has led our highly successful Lymington sales team to a best ever sales result and has also become an important member of Spencers marketing team.

Andrew adds, “As well as heading up the Lymington office my role also involves wider initiatives, including marketing and sponsorship. I remain committed to the success and operation of the Lymington office, but my remit now involves, along with the other Directors, the success and growth of Spencers as the estate agent of choice across the New Forest.”

Tracy Harding is now Associate Director with responsibility for the Lettings office.

Rob Batten says, “Tracy joined the company seven years ago and in that time has made a significant and sustained contribution to the success of our lettings operation.”
Tracy responds: “I was thrilled to be recognised for my contribution to the success and expansion of the Lettings department. The team in Lettings are all so dedicated that it makes my job very easy. I appreciate how lucky I am to work for such a great company under the directorship of people I respect enormously.”
