However, with so few properties available to rent in the current market, within minutes of us pressing ‘go live’, the phone rings. Sending an email when a property becomes available is too slow in a market that is moving this fast! Phoning is the quickest way to get in and arrange a viewing.
“THREE: Pop into the office. Make yourself known to agents. That way you are more likely to be considered if agents know what you are looking for and that you are keen and ready to go! Plus, you never know, the agent may just be about to press the button on your perfect property!”
