To the ground floor, an entrance hallway with oak wood flooring provides access to the principle ground floor living spaces, as well as a cloakroom, integral garage and stairwell ascending to the first floor. The cloakroom is fitted with a wash basin and WC and benefits from underfloor heating. The sitting room is situated to the rear of the house and enjoys a rear aspect and French doors overlooking and opening out onto the rear garden. The impressive, triple aspect kitchen/dining room extends the full depth of the property with French doors again opening out to the rear garden. The kitchen area is fitted with a modern range of wall and base units with breakfast bar, integrated dishwasher and roll top work surfaces over. Set between the units is a range style cooker with extractor unit hood over. There is also further space and plumbing for a washing machine and space for fridge/freezer.
To the first floor, a landing area links to the main bedroom which again extends the full depth of the house, with a modern en-suite shower room comprising a large shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail. There are three further bedrooms to this level, two of which overlook the rear aspect and one the front. These three bedrooms are served by a modern family bathroom comprising a panelled bath, shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.
The house sits on an impressive plot with a superb long and wide paved driveway providing off road parking for several vehicles, including a motorhome or boat if required. The driveway adjoins the front garden which is mainly laid to lawn with a summer house, shed and large tree. The front garden is flanked by established hedge borders. The rear garden has been mainly paved for ease of maintenance, with some shrub borders and a greenhouse. The rear garden is bounded by timber fence boundaries. Adjoining the property is a single garage including a Pod Point (electric charging point for vehicles) with an up and over door to the front.
