The Isle of Wight and open Forest are easily accessible, and Junction 1, M27, is 12 miles to the north. Walhampton independent prep school is within walking distance. So, too, is Walhampton Golf Course, Walhampton Arms and The Ferryman inn.

There are two primary parking areas to Bridge End House. The first being a private area immediately as you turn off Undershore Road into the gravel lane in front of the cast iron gates. The second parking area is further up the lane behind double gates. This area offers spacious parking and a larger than average garage plus attached single garage and an original stable with rear storage and hay loft above providing additional storage.

The front garden is mainly lawned with river views with an attractive seating area under the wisteria and a further seating area to the side both of which are delightful sun traps.
