Whilst our offices are now open again, due to current challenges we are staying as agile as ever and continuing to interact productively with our buyers and sellers. To keep you and our team safe during this pandemic we are able to conduct Virtual Valuations where you can welcome us into your home using various video communication platforms safely and securely without us stepping through your front door.

• Live Virtual Valuation: We use Facetime and Whatsapp video to enable you to walk us through your property. Alternatively, we can simply send you a video conference link
• Pre-recorded walkthrough: Simply send your video to us by email or using wetransfer.com
• Desktop appraisal: Email or call us with your property address, list of rooms, approximate sizes and, if possible, photographs and we will give you an estimated price range.

To support our valuation we use our extensive knowledge of recent property sales to compile a selection of comparable properties as well as up-to-date online tools to accurately determine the price of your property. We will also provide you with our recommendations for how and when to come to the market.

As well as our Virtual Valuations we are also able to conduct Virtual Viewings to continue getting keen buyers through your door with a little help from you in your home. We have a linked network of offices across the New Forest on hand to advise you step by step through the process as if we were there with you. If however, you would rather arrange a personal visit, this can be undertaken following strict distancing guidelines and precautions.
